The objective is to facilitate the use of the scale through the development of MHEALTH application to minimize application errors as well as serve as a support for the consultation and study of this type of lesions, so that the quality of care in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in patients will benefit from it.

The professional must always verify the correction of the valuation generated by the application that is merely orientative and based on the original scale.
